For participants joining outdoor expeditions and group tours:
- Health & Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate in activities such as trekking, high-altitude travel, camping, and watersports.
- Travel Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance.
- Itinerary Variations: Tour itineraries may be modified on-ground in cases of extreme weather, roadblocks, landslides, local regulations, or force majeure events to ensure safety.
- Code of Conduct: We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, illicit substance use, or dangerous conduct during group tours. Organizers reserve the right to expel disruptive participants without refund.
